ONE20 Designed this $200 million development in Chatham in the United Kingdom for Countryside Development.
The site was a mixture of industrial and brownfield land. It involved designing various housing types, community facilities and retail zones.
A feature of the project was the Chatham activity centre. A water sports centre for underprivileged youth constructed from recycled material.
The project involved the disciplines of Urban Design; Architecture; Landscape Architecture; Traffic & Transport; Town Planning (Retail).
